Cupcake stool, pink socks and new Alice in Wonderland film!!

For my art project I am basically making a piece inspired by my childhood and recreating memories but with me and what I look like now. So I had to buy some props and I thought I would share with you the amazingly cute stool I found!!

Its a cupcake stool!!! How wonderfully cute and adorable is that???? It was £10 from TK Maxx and I LOVE it!!

I am supposed to be working on my research at the moment as I have things due in for uni next week but am really not feeling like it!! I want to just get on and do studio work!!

The line 'I'd like a pink pair of socks' is from The Sound of Music where Maria first meets the children and Marta tells her what she wants for her birthday. This is one of my favourite films ever!! :)

Also I am very excited because Tim Burton is making a film of Alice in Wonderland, due to be released in 2010!! How exciting!! I cant wait!! Johnny Depp is playing the Mad Hatter, which I think is PERFECT, and I found these pictures of Alice, who is played by Australian actress Mia Wasikowska, in a google search:

I think the costume looks amazing, I wish I could dress like that everyday!! :)
